We’ve a fantastic opportunity for 6 Pioneers to join a Q&A session with Richard Branson. Will you be one of them?
On June 7, 6 Pioneers will have the opportunity to spend the day at Richard Branson’s house in Oxford for a special day celebrating rising stars in business.
The event will include an opportunity for Pioneers to join a small group of entrepreneurs and put questions to the man himself. This will be followed by a session with inspirational speakers from the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 Awards and a buffet lunch. Excited? We are!
1 place is already going to our Pioneer of the Month but we have a new opportunity for Pioneers to get the next 4 places (subject to terms and conditions).
What do I do?
Ask Richard
Firstly read and agree to these terms and conditions. Then tell us what you’d like to ‘Ask Richard’ in a video blog introducing yourself, your business and telling us 1 question you’d like to ask Richard Branson.
The Top 3
Your video must be uploaded to your profile on virginmediapioneers.com by 12 noon Monday May 23, 2011. The VMP team will then review the entries and pick 6 Pioneers with the best questions and open a poll on the Virgin Media Pioneers blog.
Those 6 contenders will have until 5pm May 26, 2011 to gather as many votes as possible and the top 3 with the most votes will be heading to Oxford on June 7 to meet Richard Branson.
But that’s not all…
The Wildcard
The remaning Pioneers who don’t make the top 6 will still be in with a chance to meet Richard Branson. Whoever gets the most likes on their ‘Ask Richard’ video by 5pm May 26 will also be invited to the June 7 event.
The Winners
The 4 lucky Pioneers will be confirmed and announced on Friday May 27, 2011 but don’t forget! All videos must be uploaded to virginmediapioneers.com by 12 noon Monday May 23, 2011.
Anything else?
Though we can’t have you all attend we may still be able to present your question on your behalf. If your question is chosen for this we’ll let you know before the event.
Don’t Miss Out
Progress on this opportunity will be shared on our blog, Twitter and Facebook pages. So keep checking back for news!

thumbs up vmp
great opportunity for all young entrepreneurs, will get something in soon,
Just about to bravely upload my video! What a dream to be able to question Richard Branson – such a crucial stage of the project, that it would be a dream come true to have some advice.
Tried to be different – intriguing – use my flip camera in an innovative way – okay, well I did say tried. Hopefully the essence is there, showing just how perfectly timed would be this chance to question Richard Branson.
Fantastic opportunity count us in!
Just uploaded my video, im so excited!
Fingers crossed!
xxx

Good Luck everyone x
Hey Eliza, We’ve another opportunity coming up to give away the very last spot so keep checking back for details!
Thanks,

I reside in Vancouver, BC Canada and have a beautiful vision to expand into the Caribbean. This knowledge based environmental firm will educate and hire only those below the poverty line. We will change the way we change poverty through teaching the new local hires how to run an environmental firm, take advantage of the monies allocated to each government for environmental clean ups and give three key players in each location the opportunity to become partners, not just employees. I need help from Mr. Richard Branson too. There is always an exception to every rule. I wonder if perhaps I might have the opportunity in this specific contest to be the exception? Rules can be broken at times…”screw it let’s do it”?
Respectfully,
Jenny Tyler

I never knew the deadline was then, not enough publicity was used to promote the competition. I would have like to participated.
