On November 16, Team VMP will be heading to the Grosvenor Hotel in London, for the Women of the Future Awards. Want to join us? We’ve one place left and it could be yours!

The Women of the Future Awards plans to be an exciting night as not only do we get to enjoy fine dining whilst we mingle with a host of enterprising award-winning women but we also have the great pleasure of supporting one of your fellow Pioneers, Zoe Jackson, nominated for the Arts, Media and Culture award.
So we didn’t want to keep this to ourselves and have reserved 2 places for a female Pioneers (sorry guys). 1 has already been snapped up by a Pioneer of the Week award winner and the other is now being made available to you (subject to Terms and Conditions).
Want to come along? It’s a simple as posting a comment below naming one woman who inspires you?
Add your comment by 12 noon November 2, 2011 and we’ll add your name to our hat. The winner will be drawn at random and announced on November 4, 2011.

So tough! as a child the woman who inspired me was Enid Blyton through reading to having adventures, (I was George) to enjoying school despite others negative efforts.
As an adult I have to say it was my mum, Agnes White, she brought my brother and me up ,ran 2 successful business, and still had time to teach me to bake, sew and so much more. despite health issues she still fights on, has helped with me with childcare and been there for me. Without a doubt My mum!
Aung San Suu Kyi inspires me. A heroic lady who through opposition in Burma has continued to champion peace, I believe she is a force for good and an inspiration to stand up for what you believe in and to stay strong even when you face hardship.
I think this would be so amazing to attend!

Maya Angelou. She’s reinvented herself so many times. I’m a fan of re-inventing! Fingers crossed. Looks like a great event with many inspiring people
Hilary Devey is a real inspiration; successful businesswoman in male dominated industry, single mother, stroke survivor and charity campaigner to boot.
My eldest sister inspires me – she has shown me through determination and confidence you can succeed despite having fierce competition from those who have degrees!
One woman that inspires me is my good friend from Saudi Arabia Reem Asaad, she raised the issue of women being able to work in Lingerie stores to the world stage, and did not let the fact she was just one women & one voice stop her. I was fortunate to be invited to Saudi Arabia to help her with this. She has inspired me to be my best and I will be forever thankful for the experiences that she shared with me as part of the Saudi Arabia lingerie campaign.
My mum inspires me,came into the country knowing little English and managed to find work and save enough to bring our family of 7 to England and her 8 brothers and sisters then worked night and day to buy our beautiful home she now owns a successful recruitment agency and still has time to show us all TLC!
One Strong Woman who inpired me is my mum. Travelled to Europe from Africa taking care of my brothers and sisters on her own. She continues to inspite me to be a strong independent woman and I love her very much. She inspired to be a business woman today!
The person who inspires me the most is my mother, not only is she a fanstastic selfless person who has brought me up single handedly. She is the person who inspired me to start Pink Ribbon Lingerie. She is a Mother, Grandmother, Business Owner, Teacher, and Breast Cancer Survior.
